Playoffs - Superbowl

For 14 seasons, the Stein Family has been in the Ducey Pool. They've made it to the playoffs before. They've even
made it to the Superbowl before. But they had never visited the Winner's Circle. Until now. At long last, a Stein has
emerged triumphant, and in glorious fashion, too. For only the second time, the winner has picked 21 winners in 21
weeks to remain unblemished for the season. Congratulations, Jen Stein!

Eight players took only a single loss this season. Six took that fatal blow in the playoffs, but Smith and Gruenwald
tasted defeat in the opening weeks of the season. Little did they know at the time that their fate was already sealed
for 2012. Those eight players do get their entry fee carried over to next season. (Or let me know if you want the
cash back. It is yours, after all.)

The Booby Prize went to Piccirillo, who took his second loss in Week Twelve and then finished with a streak of
nine correct picks, including picking a winner all four weeks of the playoffs. He was one of only FIVE players to get
through the playoffs without a loss. He also broke the heart of Pearce, who took his losses in Week One, Week
Two, and the Superbowl. Four months of correct picks and then it slipped through his fingertips in the end.

The Second Chance Pool came down to the tie-breaker, as usual, but in dramatic fashion. When the Ravens took a
safety with ten seconds left, the winner switched from Tavolt to Bicket. Those last two meaningless points meant the
world to two Second-Chancers looking to save the season. Congratulations to Bicket, who is now a back-to-back
Second Chance Pool winner.

00 LOSS: 1 Winner
01 LOSS: 8 Non-Winners
02 LOSS: 28 Un-Winners (and 1 Booby Prize Winner)
03 LOSS: 728 Losers (and 1 Second-Chance Winner)
