This just in: The Browns suck. Every year some analyst out there predicts the Browns are turning a corner, or the Browns have potential, or the Browns have figured it out. Well, no, they haven't. It's as if they can't. Since 1999, they have been .500 or better only TWICE. That's right. The other 17 seasons they were 7-9 or worse. There is, perhaps, no other team in the league that is more consistent year-to-year. God freakin' bless 'em.
