Pick Totals for Week 16

One week left in the regular season and neither leader has blinked. Are 133 players just wasting their time hanging on to the hope of catching Birch and Mekshes? Or will the playoffs throw a wrench into their plans?

Of course, Week 17 may have something to say, too. Before picking good teams to face off against each other, we still have one more week of mediocre teams trying to hold off crappy teams in meaningless games, and in this case on the morning after staying up until midnight to ring in the new year and before being allowed to go on vacation for the next few months. What could possibly go wrong?

Note: Due to some poorly-chosen travel plans, I will be unavailable to close down the football pool at 10am on Saturday. The deadline is being extended until 5pm Saturday, by which time I should be safely on the ground. I mean, c'mon, it's air travel during the winter holiday season. What could possibly go wrong?
