Ah, the classic last-minute switch. For much of this season, as long as you didn't switch to the Toronto Argonauts, you were in pretty good shape. But a switch to the Packers was just as bad. They continue to break the hearts of many Ducey Poolers this season.

Got lots of funny and supportive comments this week standing behind the pool and at the expense of poor Tandberg, who was unlucky enough to become the poster-boy for pool complainers. Much tribute was paid to the fiery spinning skulls and their longevity as the unofficial logo of the Ducey Pool. They don't serve the function they used to, but apparently a skull hasn't brought this much joy to people everywhere since Yorick.

And as for the 1984 website...?

We are moving into Thursday-Night Game territory. This will undoubtedly raise a few cockles as people discover their awesome season-long strategy included Pittsburgh devouring Cleveland in Week 14. Make your adjustments now. Be especially wary of Thanksgiving weekend. You won't have the Lions to kick around that week. (Then again, Green Bay won't let another batch of players down either.) It is Sunday and Monday games only for the regular season.
