"Not going with the herd (Jax) or rooting against my 9ers... guess that leaves..." [San Diego] --Pava

It's getting so you could throw a dart and hit a winner this season. Only five people made an incorrect pick this week. With the nine No-Picks, a paltry 14 players took a hit. Impressive picking? Or just the first week in a long time that every single favorite was a winner?

"What if 50 people end up going undefeated?" --Alma

Good question. If, in fact, 50 people end up going undefeated, they each get 1/50th of the pot. But despite the predictability of the first half of the season, over 470 people already have at least one loss. That says this is still pretty hard to do, and it's only going to get harder. I wouldn't worry too much about a 50-way tie. Between the slim-pickings of the end of the season, and the treacherous post-season picks, there are still a few curves left on the 2005 Ducey Pool roller-coaster.
