This show, Legacy, could be considered Dawson's Creek meets Little House on the Prairie. It's set in the late 1800s but instead of being about the charming little Ingalls girls and their difficulties with chores, it's full of attractive young studs and fillies all falling in love with each other and getting into trouble.
My part would be only a recurring role. William is the nemesis of the show's lead, an imitation Billy Zane's character from Titanic, who was an imitation of all two-dimensional studly, yet selfish and inconsiderate bad guys. The audition scene was a scant page in which William accuses the new kid of stealing his watch. Not very difficult stuff.
Penny Ellers seemed quite impressed, however, when it was (quickly) over and set me up for a repeat performance next Monday for producers. Recurring evil studly guy would be cool. No?
