Go back to the board and make sure you are entering the right Board Name.
Note: It may have changed since the last time you checked.
If you have a unique last name, that will be your Board Name for the season.

If your last name is NOT unique, then the "~" character will come into play.
The "~" key is in the upper lefthand corner of your keyboard.
The following symbols will not work in its place: ^ - _ / or a blank space.
In fact, there are no blank spaces in any Board Name.
