Day 2 -- Wednesday March 4

OK, maybe I was a little harsh yesterday. Going back today, having a much better idea what to expect, having met a bunch of people and made some friends, and having only one day left, the process was much more tolerable. Dare I even say it was kind of fun?

The specifics of the day were all pretty much the same. The tight schedule, the over-worked crew, the anal A.D. keeping me "close" at all times, but today, those things were just part of the atmosphere, they didn't define my experience. Today I enjoyed hanging out with the other actors and though I still didn't have any official down-time, I let myself relax and get out of performance mode when I knew I had some time before I would be in front of the camera again. That helped a lot. And today's scenes were even more fun to shoot. I had more to do, they were more interesting, they were not group scenes. Whatever it was, the actual time spent acting was even much improved from yesterday. And so, it was still a 12-hour day, but since I don't have to go back tomorrow for another one, that was perfectly alright. It just means more overtime.

Needless to say, I love industrials!

OK, not true. But they are not quite as close to the underbelly as once thought.
