Day Two -- Tuesday, April 18

Updates from the set of Don't Ask...

Spoke with Anthony LaPaglia for the first time today. He sat down at the table-read next to me. This was our conversation: "I'm John, by the way." "I'm Anthony. Nice to meet you." "Nice to meet you, too."
Still haven't spoken to John Goodman
The director gave me notes today, so he spoke at me, but never introduced himself.
Four cast members disappeared from the script overnight. The only remaining guest stars are the ex-wife and me, her lawyer. We'll see what tomorrow brings.
My two lines have become three, but only because someone else says something in the middle of one of them.
Today's table read was leaps and bounds better than yesterday's. The script came a long way in one night. Now it has to hold on and tighten for the next 6 days.
I was at work from 10am until 11am, then 2pm until 4:30pm. The three-hour lunch break was much appreciated.
