My second audition of the day was a fun one. Or at least it should have been. It was five pages of a "presentation" to a class of tweens about a super-cool scooter. I tried to create the Ducey Spiel magic, but they just didn't seem to be buying it. And when they're not buying it by page 2, it makes pages 3-5 feel like the last 25.2 miles of a marathon. Still, I finished the race and drove home, content in my unblemished record of having yet to appear on the Nickelodeon channel.
