This was a silly little audition, just a few lines here, a few lines there, so you'd think I could put together all the words in the correct order. But I was slightly frazzled, having come from a stressful pilot audition, and tooling around in the car all day with Emma and baby-sitter in tow, and for some reason the second line came out basically backwards. I mean, it still made sense and all, but none of the words was in its original position from when the script left the photo-copier. It startled me a little, both that I had jumbled the line and also that I had (I think) made sense regardless. I tried not to betray my slight confusion and pushed on to the end.
