When they diagram them for you in acting school, this is how they are supposed to go.
I went in there with a plan. I executed that plan for the first scene. I received a note from the writer and we did it again. It was a good note and the scene got better. That showed some good things, being able to take direction and having an imagination as an actor amongst them. We ran the second scene and the jokes landed well. It was very relaxed and easy and fun.
And so what's all that worth? I am scheduled to test for this project as well. That's good.
And, for the record, I don't know that they actually diagram anything
in acting school.
